Solid|Create|Solid from DTM's
This function creates a Solid object from 2 DTM - files. This is mainly used to create 3D buildings from a ground model and a roof model.
In that scenario you use the method Subtract bottom from top.
You could also do Loft bottom against top, where you would have a similar sized DTM where one is above the other.
