Here you can add, delete and edit your attributes which is meta data you can put on objects in Topocad.

For each attribute you can set a Prompt, Prefix, Suffix, and group.

You can also set the checkboxes for special functions.

Visible: This means the attribute will be shown from the property panel when selecting the entity with this attribute.

Preset: This means the attribute will be set from another value in the program. Watch the list Preset From for examples.

Metadata: This means the attributes will be saved in a text-file with .md file extension next to the drawing. This enables easier editing with scripting for example with programs such as Chaos Desktop.

Constant: This value cannot be changed

Data type: Here you set what kind of values you have in the attribute

String can be any text

Integer is numbers with no decimals

Decimal is numbers with decimal values

Boolean is true or false

Default: You can set a default value
