Section View command is used to view data in a plane view that you also can use your drawing commands in such as draw line or circle.

To get a side view draw a line and the screen will split up to one regular drawing view to the right and a section view to the left.

You can set how far in front of the line and back of the line you will see.

You can see point clouds, Solid objects, terrain models as well as regular lines and points in the section view.
