This filter works as a noise filter removing points that has a lower point count within the set cluster radius.

It goes through all the points in the cloud.


As you see in the image below the point has 2 points within the cluster radius, therefore the point in the middle will be removed as it is not in a cluster.

This filter is good to use as a first step to remove loose points from your point cloud.
