FOMUL

Drawing|Geometry|FOMUL

Fomul is a feature used to show a report of objects close to the railroad. This is used in sweden to make sure extra large train loads have space to move forward on the railroad.

Pick a railroad in your drawing and objects nearby it and get a report that shows you the objects in a coordinatesystem that has origo right in the middle of the top of the rails.

So negative X is the left side of the train and positive is on the right side. negative Y is below the train. The coordinatesystem is also turning with the train so the distance should be consistent in the turns so you can see how much extra space there are on the side of the train.
